Wednesday Movie Nights: June is Pride Month!

Every Wednesday at 5:30 p.m. in the Marc Jacobs reading Room.

June 4: Paris Is Burning (1990, 1h 18m)-A chronicle of New York's drag scene in the 1980s, focusing on balls, voguing and the ambitions and dreams of those who gave the era its warmth and vitality.

June 11: Blue Jean (2022, 1h 37m)-In 1988, a closeted teacher is pushed to the brink when a new student threatens to expose her sexuality.

June 18: Milk (2008, 2h 8m)-The story of American gay activist Harvey Milk, who fought for gay rights and was elected as California's first openly gay official.

June 25: Love, Simon (2018, 1h 50m)-Simon Spier keeps a huge secret from his family, his friends and all of his classmates: he's gay. When that secret is threatened, Simon must face everyone and come to terms with his identity.
